Who we are

Project Ideas Coach ("we", "us") is operated in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@projectideacoach.com.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email, organisation, and password (stored hashed).
• Assessment content: your project ideas, chat messages, and any evidence documents you upload.
• Enquiry forms: the details you submit through Contact, Demo and Access forms.
• Technical logs: basic request logs used to keep the service reliable and safe.

How we use it

• To operate the service, including sending your prompts to our AI provider to generate coaching replies.
• To improve the coach's quality (aggregated, non-identifying analytics only).
• To respond to enquiries you submit.

Analytics cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure how the website is used: which pages are visited, how long is spent on each, which buttons and links are clicked, and where visitors leave. IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 14 months. It only loads after you accept; you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set.

Sub-processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Lovable AI Gateway (large-language-model inference) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics (website measurement). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your account and assessment content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Under UK data protection law you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the email above.
