We brought BKO into the team in 2022 to provide project direction to three initial projects within our environmental services team. The projects were set up, planned and delivered working with our team within several months. Several of these projects had failed to deliver for several years prior to this. BKO has been instrumental in our team development approach as we have sought to develop our team and retain the skills within the Council. They have provided training, mentoring and coaching while our teams have been delivering projects, resulting in really fast paced team development. They have also helped us to establish key project processes and reporting and provide strategic intervention across the portfolio. I would not hesitate to recommend BKO.
