Project Ideas Coach is part of BKO Consulting. It was born out of decades of hands-on delivery experience, from Whitehall programmes to charity turnarounds to enterprise transformation. We saw the same pattern everywhere: good ideas failed not because they were wrong, but because the right questions were never asked at the right moment.

To give every leader, sponsor and delivery team an always-on advisor with the calm rigour of a seasoned director, so ideas get the honest interrogation they need before real time and money are spent.

Where we came from
Project Ideas Coach grew from the practical experience of BKO Consulting and its associates helping organisations shape, assure and recover complex projects and portfolios. That experience has been developed into a focused coaching tool for organisations that want stronger ideas, better-informed decisions and more productive leadership conversations.
