Our Experience

Experience behind Project Ideas Coach

Directors, business owners, transformation leaders, PMOs and trustees are often the people who see the opportunity first: new ideas, innovation, growth, cost reduction and efficiency improvements. The difficulty is finding the time to share that knowledge and challenge every team member through the early stages of developing an idea.

Project Ideas Coach is built on decades of combined experience helping organisations explore ideas, challenge assumptions, structure thinking, weigh costs and benefits, and turn early thinking into credible, investable propositions.

Turning experience into wider capability

Rob, Andrew and Dan have spent their careers supporting people to develop ideas that can stand up to senior scrutiny. Their experience covers the full arc of early idea development: helping teams explore what is possible, challenge what is assumed, structure their thinking, consider costs, benefits, risks and opportunities, and prepare proposals for informed leadership decisions.

Project Ideas Coach makes this experience more widely available. It gives teams a structured, constructive place to develop ideas before they reach a leadership conversation, so senior leaders can focus their time where it matters most while more ideas get the challenge and support they need to become decision-ready.

Project Ideas Coach supports professional and organisational judgement but does not replace it.
