The Delivery Confidence Review is designed for chief executives and senior leadership teams who need an honest, evidence-based view of a project, programme or portfolio.
Led by Rob Anderson and Andrew McNeill, the review combines senior delivery experience with constructive challenge. We examine the available evidence, speak to the people involved, test whether the current approach is credible and identify the underlying problems, risks and opportunities for improvement.
The output includes clear findings, prioritised recommendations and an agreed set of next steps. Where required, these can also be developed into a practical improvement or recovery plan.
Reviews start from £5,000 + VAT. The final scope, timescale and price are agreed before work begins.
